The St. Johns Jacobite Syrian Church Vadakara is, under the guidance, supervision and belief of Holyness, Antioch Partiarch and Metropolitans. This Parish is spread over the areas namely Vadakara, Kizhacombu, Koothattukulam, Kuzhikattukunnu, Oliyappuram, Thirumaradi etc.

The administrative committee consists of the vicar and the representatives from parish members. This committee consists two trustees, secretary and School Manager and other committee members.
